1st Place  -  Free one hour Family Portrait Session by Pasha Belman Photography + CD with professionally edited photos
2nd Place - $150 Print Credit
3rd Place - $75 Print Credit
4. Winner will be determined by the most "Votes" on their family photo!
5. Voting starts September 25th!
6. Ends October 23, 2011
7. Photo session must take place within Myrtle Beach, SC area.
8. Prizes expire on April 25th, 2012.

2. Enter via the Contest Tab on our Facebook Fan Page  (left side under profile photo) - Family up to 5 people ONLY
3. Only 1 entry per household.
4. Winner will be determined by the most "Votes" on their family photo! (please make sure to share it on your Facebook with friends and family)
5. Voting will commence September 25th, 2011 @ 3:00 pm
6. Voting will end October 23rd, 2011 @ 6:00 pm
7. Winners will be announced October 24th, 2011
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing information to Pasha Belman Photography and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be only used for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes (ie, to promote the contest).
9. Prizes expire within 6 months after the winner is announced.
10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Photographer retains all rights to photos from session won.
12. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void were restricted or prohibited by law.

CLAIMING PRIZE: The winner (unverified) will be contacted by the Sponsor via email and will have 10 days after notification to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will be deemed a forfeit and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner.

RELEASE: By entering, entrants agree to: (1) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the promotions and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize; (2) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use by Sponsor and its agent and affiliates of his/her name, hometown, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media.
TERMS: Sponsor will deem any entry to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account or the person named in the AMOE. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in promotion, entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
